Visa procedures notice
As of mid-January 2026, we are no longer able to guarantee that the lengthy official RIKEN procedures, which are required to issue any visa-related documentation on our side, will conclude in time for the workshop.
We are thus unfortunately no longer able to offer visa invitation letters or provide any official supporting documentation for a visa application.
In case you simply need an informal letter to confirm your registration for any procedures, please email Bartosz with all the information you need included on the letter.
If you require a visa to enter Japan, please check if you are able to apply for a type of visa that does not require an official invitation from us, or look into alternative ways to secure a visa. We can no longer provide any official visa forms or act as your guarantor for a visa application.
